Part-Time On-Site Bookkeeper — 10–12 Hours/Week

** e are an established copying and printing company in Sunrise looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to work on-site approximately 10–12 hours per week.

** T
** his is a hands-on bookkeeping position in a small-business environment. We need someone comfortable handling the normal day-to-day bookkeeping and related administrative records of a small business, while being available in the office to answer questions and communicate with our staff.

** W
** hat we're looking for:

• Solid practical experience as a bookkeeper, preferably for a small business
• Experience with Quick Books Desktop is key
• Organized, dependable, accurate, and good at following through
• Comfortable talking with employees and asking questions when information is missing or something needs clarification
• Able to maintain appropriate confidentiality with company financial information
• No advanced accounting degree is required. We are looking for a good, experienced bookkeeper, not a high-level accountant.

** S chedule:
Approximately 10–12 hours per week, with some flexibility. This could be arranged as two approximately 5-hour days per week, or approximately 4 hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

** his position may be particularly attractive to an experienced bookkeeper who wants to continue using their skills without committing to a full-time schedule. Experienced professionals seeking a limited-hours or semi-retired work schedule are encouraged to apply.
