Corporate Travel Specialist

HC is partnered with a growing PE-backed enterprise organization seeking a contract-to-hire Corporate Travel Specialist. The person in this role will manage all aspects of travel arrangements for employees, with primary focus on hotel and flight logistics. Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds for flights, hotels, and transportation. Manage portion of travel budget, monitor spend, track cost savings, and ensure policy compliance.

• Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for corporate employees
• Manage flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings and changes
• Process cancellations and refunds efficiently
• Monitor travel budget and track cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies
• Handle complex travel logistics including multi-leg international trips
• Support executive and leadership travel requirements
• Maintain accurate travel records and reporting

• 1-5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination
• Experience booking complex travel, including multi-leg international and domestic travel
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
• Proficiency with travel booking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Hourly Pay Rate (Commensurate with Experience): $33 - $35/hr
