We are hiring a Business Development Manager who lives for sales. This role is for someone who loves the hunt, thrives on the phone, and measures success by deals closed. The Role

This is a pure new business role.

Your focus is hunting, finding, qualifying, and closing new retreat leader partnerships. You will not be responsible for long-term account servicing or post-close execution. Once a deal is closed, it is handed off to our internal team so you can move immediately to the next opportunity.

You will work independently in a remote environment, supported by marketing, leadership, and account management, while owning your activity, pipeline, and results.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and cold call wellness professionals, studio owners, coaches, creators, and community leaders
  • Expectation of 300 outbound calls per week, adjusted only during high-volume meeting weeks
  • Book and run an average of 10 qualified meetings per week
  • Control sales conversations, qualify decisively, and handle objections directly

    Travel as the preferred retreat platform through a consultative sales approach
  • Close new retreat leader agreements capable of producing 10 plus paid travelers
  • Accurately manage pipeline, notes, and deal stages in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams while fully owning your number
