Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions is a national preventive health and wellness brand with a growing network of corporately owned and franchised centers delivering hormone optimization, medical weight loss, aesthetics, and wellness services. The corporate team runs a proven operations playbook, and network growth has created a new field training seat to carry that playbook into centers across the country.

The Role

You are the operations trainer for the network. Reporting into senior operations leadership, you fly to corporately owned centers, new center openings, and franchise locations to train managers and front-of-house teams on daily operations: the front desk, scheduling, membership conversations, KPI habits, and the standards that make a center run. You train operations teams only; clinical training is handled by a separate team.

This is a true road-warrior seat built for someone hungry, coachable, and ready to travel on a dime.

What You Will Do

• Train center managers and teams on site: hands‑on coaching in live operations, from the front desk to the daily numbers huddle.
• Support new center openings: onboard founding teams to the playbook so day one runs like day one hundred.
• Fly into franchise locations: help owners level up their manager or team on operations, then leave a plan they can run without you.
• Reinforce the standard: deliver the same systems, language, and habits at every stop so the network operates as one brand.
• Report what you see: concise field notes to operations leadership after each visit, with what was trained, what stuck, and what needs follow‑up.

Schedule & Work Model

Expect 50-70% travel depending on where you live, often booked on short notice, with all travel fully covered. Home base is South Florida or a major airport hub city; when you are not on the road, you work with the corporate team on training materials and visit local centers. Weekends are the busiest window in this industry, so some trips will include them;

you get schedule flexibility back on the other side.

Must-Have

• 3+ years in membership, wellness, med spa, fitness, hospitality, or retail service operations, including time leading or training a team.
• You have taught someone else to run operations: onboarding a manager, opening a location, or training teams beyond your own home site.
• Full availability for 50-70% travel on short notice, based in South Florida or near a major airport hub (or relocating; assistance is available).

Nice-to-Have

• Med spa, aesthetics, or clinical wellness environment experience alongside NP, PA, or RN providers.
• New location opening experience, from pre-opening staffing through ramp.
• Franchise-system exposure: you know how to influence a team you do not manage.

Membership-model fluency, aesthetics platform familiarity (Zenoti or similar), and Spanish fluency are all strong advantages.

• Base salary: $90,000, plus a performance bonus tied to business results.
