Contracts & Pricing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts & Pricing Coordinator to support commercial operations, customer pricing, contract administration, and quote generation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales operations, customer support, pricing, contracts, order management, or other business operations functions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer contracts, pricing information, quotes, and commercial data are accurate, up to date, and processed efficiently.

• Review, maintain, and track customer contracts and commercial agreements.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and related documentation.
• Maintain customer pricing files, discount structures, and pricing information.
• Validate pricing accuracy across contracts, quotes, and customer requests.
• Assist with special pricing requests and approval processes.

• Generate and review customer quotes based on approved pricing and contract terms.
• Ensure quotes are accurate and complete before submission.
• Coordinate approvals for discounts, pricing exceptions, and other commercial requests.
• Support the quote-to-order process and help resolve data or process issues.

• Maintain accurate customer, contract, and pricing data within internal systems.
• Perform data validation and updates to ensure information integrity.
• Assist with reporting related to pricing, contracts, quotes, and business activity.
• Support process improvements, system updates, testing, and documentation as needed.

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Service, and Customer Support teams.
• Respond to contract and pricing-related questions and requests.
• Help identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Sales or commercial operations
• Pricing or quote support
• Contract administration
• Customer support or customer operations
• Order management
• Business or operations coordination
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience working with pricing, quotes, discounts, or customer contracts.
• Familiarity with CPQ, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar business systems.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a sales, finance, operations, or customer-facing environment.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
