Client Care Representative

The Client Care Representative is a vital first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported during a crucial step in their immigration journey. This role combines excellent communication skills with administrative efficiency to foster positive client experiences and support firm operations.

• Answer incoming calls promptly and assist callers with their initial inquiries to create a welcoming experience
• Make follow-up calls, emails, and texts to prospective clients to maintain engagement and provide updates
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate consultations and appointments with clients and team members
• Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling front-office responsibilities
• Accurately update and maintain client information and notes in the CRM system
• Route complex questions to appropriate team members and prepare materials for client consultations
• Support the Client Intake department with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathetically
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Dependable and punctual with a professional demeanor
• Proficient in using computers and adaptable to new software and CRM systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Availability to work on‑site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or client‑facing roles
• Experience with CRM or scheduling software tools
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or additional languages
• Familiarity with administrative or front‑desk responsibilities in a professional setting
