The Manager Business Operations – BHP East oversees and coordinates business operations of regional Broward Health Point health centers within their assigned areas of responsibilities. The duties of responsibilities include but not limited to supervision of the work of direct and indirect reception ambulatory business specialist and business office coordinators in support of customer service billing collections and cash posting within the Physician Business Office assuring offices are managed efficiently and in an accountable manner.

Serves as project manager for assigned tasks related to PBO operations. Work to resolve issues to ensure prompt payment of claims and adherence to compliance regulations. Must possess the knowledge to ensure compliant billing collections cash posting/reconciliation in order to conduct self-audits and implement actions based on findings to maintain the quality and integrity of Broward Health while supporting the financial viability.

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.

Essential:

• Five years of related experience.
