Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle and a proven ability to support large-scale projects valued at $5M+. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for municipal, government, school, and commercial construction projects.
  • Analyze blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to develop accurate material, labor, and equipment takeoffs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment between estimates, scheduling, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with operations teams.
  • Ensure all estimates and project plans align with federal, state, and local building codes and regulations.
  • Incorporate OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols into all project planning and cost analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on construction experience managing projects valued at $5 million or more.
  • Experience estimating municipal, government, school, and commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes.
  • Proven track record of maintaining project safety in compliance with OSHA requirements and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Experience with construction scheduling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
