Senior Estimator

We excel in preconstruction planning, MEP expertise, and an in‑house Architectural Woodwork & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.

• Receive and review client RFPs.
• Prepare bid documents and subcontractor ITBs.
• Review and scope drawings, specifications and project manuals.
• Prepare detailed and job‑specific scopes of work.
• Procure, scope and file subcontractor proposals.
• Provide value engineering.
• Prepare project estimates and budgets.
• Prepare project schedules.
• Subcontractor Buy‑Out and contract negotiation.
• Attend and document project site visits and walk‑throughs.
• Assist the project management team with pricing changes, owner/subcontractor change orders and scope concerns.

• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience estimating commercial construction projects, including new/ground‑up construction, interior renovation/tenant improvement, and fit‑out projects up to $100 million.
• Experience in quantity take‑offs.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Prior experience with multiple bid styles (Lump Sum, Competitive Bid, Cost Plus and Negotiated/GMP) is desirable.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Plan Swift.
• Knowledge of the Florida market is preferred, but not required.
• Bi‑lingual is preferred, but not required.
• BCCE/Construction management preferred, but not required.
