This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for a Healthcare Construction Project Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating project tasks and resources, managing schedules and budgets, adhering to safety and quality standards, resolving construction issues, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role also involves collaboration with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to meet defined goals and timelines.
Pay- $105K-180K

- Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management, including leading cross-functional teams and maintaining project timelines.
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management, with the ability to oversee healthcare-specific construction projects effectively.
- Skills in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to build relationships and resolve challenges with clients and contractors.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in federal or healthcare-related construction projects is highly desirable.
- Commitment to maintaining safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
