Key Responsibilities Oversee, manage, and mentor assistant superintendents Create and update construction schedules, monitor logic relationships, and manage jobsite logistics Coordinate subcontractor work scopes and represent field operations to owners and design teams
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent, preferably in core market projects Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/scheduling software Experience in fostering the development of foreman into future superintendents
