Job Description

• Manage daily on-site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved as planned.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
• Oversee quality control and safety compliance across all job sites.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor and manage on-site staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and any challenges encountered.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
