This is a fantastic opportunity for a Luxury Custom Home Project Manager or Superintendent to lead and oversee high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in the construction industry. Client Details Our clients range from boutique, bespoke firms specializing in multi-million-dollar estates to well-established, nationally recognized general contractors leading the high-end luxury custom home building sector.

Locations vary from Miami to Jupiter, FL. Description Manage all aspects of luxury custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance. Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve any on-site challenges or issues promptly and effectively. Ensure all building codes and regulations are adhered to throughout the construction process.
