ARCO/Murray is currently looking for a highly motivated Project Manager who is passionate about the construction process to join our Tenant Solutions team in our Fort Lauderdale office. This individual will manage a wide variety of interior projects from tenant improvements and adaptive reuse to build‑to‑suit opportunities and full conversions of spaces in the Industrial, Entertainment and Commercial sectors. Additionally, this role has a unique opportunity to help grow the business in the South Florida market and have a voice in strategy and client relations at a high level.

- Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout.
- Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget.
- Participate in the proposal meeting with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees.
- Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors.
- Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule.
- Work with Project Superintendent to develop and review subcontractor scopes of work, contracts, project schedule, and site logistics plan.
- Lead preconstruction planning meetings with all designers, subcontractors and vendors aimed at solving potential constructability, sequencing, and/or manpower issues.
- Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
- Track and manage project performance versus budget; prepare owner pay applications, cost status, and progress billing reports.
- Find a way to make the construction process fun for your clients, subcontractors, and vendors without sacrificing quality or safety.
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 4–6 years of construction management or engineering design experience, preferably for interior projects.
- Previous experience leading ground‑up commercial or industrial projects is preferred.
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
