Assistant Project Manager

We are currently searching for an up and coming Assistant Project Manager with experience in new construction, primarily with exterior wall and/or facades, prefabricated assemblies, stucco and glass/metal panels. Preferred candidates will have 2+ years experience working with General Contractors with projects ranging in size.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management, from initial planning to closeout.
• Coordinate the submittal process, reviewing drawings and documents to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and update project schedules, collaborating with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Help manage project budgets, tracking costs and expenditures, and preparing financial reports.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all required project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including daily reports, logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material delivery logs.
• Assist with the project buyout process, securing properly executed subcontracts and purchase order agreements.
• Participate in resolving project-related issues, coordinating with the Project Manager to find solutions.
