Construction Project Manager

Website:(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Industrial Shadeports is growing! We’re looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. We design and build high-quality shade structures for playgrounds, parks, and more.
What You'll Do:
Manage all phases of construction projects
Lead field crews and oversee job site execution
Ensure safety, quality, timelines, and budgets are met Coordinate logistics, inspections, and final walkthroughs
Communicate clearly with crews, office staff, and clients
What You Bring:
5+ years of construction project management experience2+ years of field supervision
Clean Florida driver’s license & reliable transportation (Required)
Able to travel to job sites across Florida Must pass background and license checks (E-Verify used)
Bonus if You Have:
Experience with shade structures, playgrounds, or awnings
Comfort using digital tools (email, photos, scheduling apps)
