Preconstruction Manager - Electrical

Job Summary

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Preconstruction Manager – Electrical. This role manages the process and resources that provide quality pre-construction services to both internal and external clients and reviews the progress of existing projects to ensure their completion within the parameters of the established pre-construction scope of services. This position reports to and receives direction from the Preconstruction Director and VP of Preconstruction.

The primary objective of the Preconstruction Manager – Electrical is to manage the process and resources that provide quality pre-construction services to both internal and external clients and review the progress of existing projects to ensure their completion within the parameters of the established pre-construction scope of services.

• 9+ years full-time relevant industry experience
• 7+ years demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
• Demonstrated knowledge of Value Management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent; or equivalent experience with minimum 7 years relevant experience
