Senior Estimator – Electrical
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Estimator – Electrical to assist the pre‑construction team in developing cost estimates, value management, and estimate proposal reports. The role requires quantifying, pricing, and qualifying all building systems and components to create detailed cost estimates, soliciting subcontractor pricing or bids, and preparing scopes of work for all trade contractors. The Senior Estimator must meet critical deadlines and work as part of a team.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of experience working with a GC or Trade Partner in an estimating role
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
- 5+ years of experience with Value Management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree; or 8 years equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
