An experienced land surveying and mapping company is looking for an Estimator in Davie, FL. The ideal candidate would be someone with prior experience in land surveying, although any construction estimating experience is welcomed. The position would primarily be responsible for reading survey plans, performing estimates, and getting bid packages.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret survey plans
- Perform estimates ranging from $500k to $2m
- Receive bid packages
- Occasional marketing responsibilities
- 1+ year of estimating experience in Land Surveying OR 5+ years of experience estimating in construction
- Experience working with bid packages is preferred
- Any marketing experience is a plus
