Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes

A well-established luxury custom home builder in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom residential projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations for luxury custom home projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite activities
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
• Monitor construction quality and ensure work meets plans and specifications
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• Work closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
• Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely manner
• Manage project punch lists and final project completion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction
• Luxury custom home experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of residential building practices and construction sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and project schedules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Florida construction experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
