Easy Builder is looking for an experienced Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team on an immediate basis.

We are looking for someone who can step into an active construction project, take ownership of the day-to-day project needs, and help bring the project through its finishing stages. This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep the project moving forward.

• Take over and manage an active construction project.
• Oversee the project through its finishing stages.
• Monitor project progress and day-to-day needs.
• Coordinate and communicate with the people involved in the project.
• Identify issues and help resolve them quickly.
• Keep the project moving according to expectations.
• Provide consistent oversight of the project.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for project-related matters.

• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar role

• Ability to step into an active project and take control quickly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Experience managing construction projects from the field.
• Reliable and professional.
• Able to start quickly.

Position: Superintendent / Project Manager

Employment Type: Contract

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Approximately 3 months, with the potential for additional work based on project needs.
