Easy Builder - Job Summary
Easy Builder is looking for an experienced Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team on an immediate basis.
We are looking for someone who can step into an active construction project, take ownership of the day-to-day project needs, and help bring the project through its finishing stages. This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep the project moving forward.

- Take over and manage an active construction project.
- Oversee the project through its finishing stages.
- Monitor project progress and day-to-day needs.
- Coordinate and communicate with the people involved in the project.
- Identify issues and help resolve them quickly.
- Keep the project moving according to expectations.
- Provide consistent oversight of the project.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for project-related matters.
- Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar role
. - Ability to step into an active project and take control quickly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Experience managing construction projects from the field.
- Reliable and professional.
- Able to start quickly.
Position: Superintendent / Project Manager
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Approximately 3 months, with the potential for additional work based on project needs.
