Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time role based in the Broward area This position oversees construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; managing permitting and inspections; and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The Project Manager will track project progress, resolve issues, oversee site logistics, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
The role also involves preparing project documentation, reports, and updates, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to keep projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage permits, approvals, and document flow efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate and support building inspections and compliance activities.
- Relevant experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare and commercial projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in construction management software and digital tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site project visits in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area and remote coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. (Preferred)
