Description Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and reports. Conduct site visits to oversee project execution and quality control. Collaborate with procurement teams to secure necessary materials and services. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and resources in construction projects. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
