Superintendent – Multifamily Construction
Location:
Miramar/North Miami, Florida
A well-established multifamily developer and GC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee affordable housing projects throughout South Florida.
Responsibilities- Lead daily field operations from groundbreaking through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules and site logistics
- Maintain project safety, quality and production standards
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries and construction sequencing
- Communicate progress and challenges with project leadership
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within established requirements
- Superintendent experience with a general contractor or multifamily developer
- Ground-up multifamily, affordable housing or high-rise residential experience
- Strong knowledge of structural, MEP and interior construction
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple phases of construction
- Strong leadership, communication and scheduling skills
