We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well recognised General Contractors and play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial projects across sectors including retail, office, mixed-use, and healthcare.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate budgets, cost estimates, and competitive bid proposals throughout the preconstruction process. Working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, you will help ensure projects are delivered with confidence, precision, and commercial success.

• Prepare conceptual, design development, and GMP estimates.
• Complete quantity take-offs and detailed cost analyses
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks.
• Support project handovers, buyouts, and change order pricing.
• Maintain estimating databases, cost records, and reporting.

• 5+ years' estimating experience with a General Contractor, Construction Manager or Developer.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building systems.
• Proficient in estimating software such as Procore, Sage, Plan Swift, On-Screen Takeoff, or Bluebeam.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
