- Answer and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate ministry and staff areas
- Communicate inspiration and current information about services, ministries, directions, outside resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Spiritual maturity with gifts of: administration, discernment, leadership, service
- Computer skills
- Flexibility with the ability to prioritize, organize, multitask and complete projects on time and follow-through efficiently
- The ability to give biblical guidance over the phone and one-on-one
- The ability to maintain and display compassion and strength when serving the special needs of the guests
- A strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
- The ability to manage people well and good leadership skills to lead volunteers
- A calm and level-headed demeanor when faced with pressing needs or difficulty in the moment
- The ability to keep confidential matters confidential
- You love to meet new people and find them interesting
- You like to experience good service because it inspires you

- You may have to bend, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push and/or move up to 35 lbs.
- This is a part-time (20 hours/week) hourly non-exempt position
- You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies
Staff culture is important to what we do. To love like family, we require all staff to attend all staff meetings, department meetings and serve with a willing heart especially at all major campus events.
