We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team in Dania Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and experience using front desk systems such as Speed System. Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out Manage reservations and bookings Handle phone calls and guest inquiries Use front desk systems (Speed System or similar) Provide excellent customer service at all times Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments Requirements Advanced English (spoken and written) Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent Knowledge of Speed System (or similar PMS) Strong customer service and communication skills Must have valid work authorization Reliable and professional Benefits Parking available Stable work environment Opportunity for growth
