To enhance client engagement, the full-time salaried Program Adoption Manager will focus on onboarding new clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities- Onboard new clients and guide them through the adoption process of the product
- Monitor client usage and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement and additional training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance the product experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in client management or customer success roles
- Strong understanding of software adoption and customer engagement strategies
- Experience working in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis
