Purpose:

The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for carrying out operations for the marina and/or restaurant, ensuring a safe environment and meeting all service needs. The primary focus is customer service, projecting a professional company image in all interactions. Must work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

• Greet and create an environment where guests are welcomed appropriately
• Provide highest level of customer and guest services, expediting requests from clients, guests, and members
• Answer all telephone calls and convey messages promptly to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a professional relationship with all agencies, contractors, vendors, and customers

• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Highly effective communication and time‑management skills
• Strong ability to develop partnerships with internal clients and other stakeholders

• Independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in emergencies
• Perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
