HVAC Customer Service Representative

EMCOR Group -  - Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customers, technicians, sales representatives, and service managers, delivering exceptional customer service;
Accurately schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance, and critical environments;
Professionally manage high call and email volume with a positive demeanor and provide follow-up for every customer visit;
Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate invoicing and provide timely status updates to all relevant parties;
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate training for critical environments technicians
