We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Event Representative to support our team during a special 2‑day event. In this temporary position, you will represent our company, greet attendees, provide information about our services, and collect lead information from interested guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys engaging with people and representing a brand professionally.
Job Type: Temporary / Part‑Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Wednesday, October 13 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Thursday, October 14 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Greet event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide clear, accurate information about the company and our services
- Answer basic questions and direct guests to appropriate materials or team members
- Collect lead/contact information from interested individuals
- Ensure a clean and organized table or booth setup
- Represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or event staffing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
- Reliable and punctual—must be available both days
