Our client, an industry leader in automotive safety and customer service, is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, supporting vehicle safety recall inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Location:

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd available

Pay Range: $16.50

What's the Job?

• Handle inbound calls regarding vehicle safety recall concerns for luxury vehicle customers.
• Provide accurate information about recalls, repairs, and appointment scheduling.
• Verify customer and vehicle details, including VIN information.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in company systems.
• Research and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as needed, supporting resolution efforts.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• +1 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
