Starting hourly base rate of $17.00 per hour plus bonus(es).

On‑Site, 6360 NW 5th Way Suite #102, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

• Mon‑Fri 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

One weekday and Sunday.

• Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs, and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution.
• Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company procedures.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport.
• Answer billing questions by discussing account components with customers.

• Time‑management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Computer savvy: above‑average knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred but not required).

Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from call center environments. We provide an in‑house training program. No experience necessary.
