Telephone Operator

If you enjoy BUSY CALL CENTER ACTIVITY but would like to work in a smaller, 'family-like', company setting, we have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Telephone Operator handling a high volume of incoming calls for Crown Automotive Group’s multiple franchises.

* SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR OR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION*

Like most call centers, you would be working in a structured environment with responsibilities that include:

• Answering a large volume of incoming calls
• Determining where the callers need to be directed
• Transferring the call appropriately
• May include composing and sending emails

• Multi-line experience preferred
• Polite telephone manner and personality
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to email, as needed
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
