Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day service and administrative operations for a long-term contract opportunity in Sunrise, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and can manage a steady flow of customer interactions and document processing tasks. The position requires strong computer skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle both service-related inquiries and routine office support with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide timely assistance by phone and through related service channels.

- Place outbound calls when needed to follow up on requests, confirm information, or support service completion.

- Enter customer details, requests, and updates into internal records with a high level of accuracy.

- Prepare, scan, fax, mail, and organize documents to support daily administrative and clerical operations.

- Review and process forms in the appropriate systems while maintaining complete and accurate records.

- Resolve routine issues by evaluating available information and selecting appropriate next steps.

- Support order-related activities and service transactions while ensuring information is recorded correctly.

- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced office or call center environment using standard computer applications. Requirements - High school diploma required; additional office or administrative training is preferred.

- Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or office administration is preferred.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications is required.

- Ability to perform data entry and document handling tasks with strong attention to detail.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound routine decisions.
