Holy Cross Health is seeking a part-time per diem Customer Service Representative to support patient-focused services during varied shifts. Expect 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and weekends with holiday rotations; orientation full week 8:45am-5:00pm upon hire.
The CSR will be the first and last contact for patients, perform routine clerical duties, verify insurance, schedule and admit patients, accept payments, and maintain records per policy.
