The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum is dedicated to preserving Henry Flagler's legacy and celebrating America's Gilded Age-a time that helped shape our nation's prosperity and generosity. We are seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You'll Do- Sell admission tickets, program tickets, and museum memberships
- Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Greet and assist visitors with tour options and materials
- Support museum programs and events
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers
- Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of customer service and cash handling experience
- Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5-15 lbs
