NOW HIRING: 25 CALL CENTER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS

Looking for an opportunity to earn great money while gaining valuable government experience? We are hiring 25 Call Center Support Specialists for a temporary assignment in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

• Location:
  
  Fort Lauderdale, FL
• Regular pay: $22.00 per hour
• Overtime pay: $33.00 per hour
• Assignment ends:
  November 9, 2026
• Regular schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

As Election Day approaches, extended hours may be available including evenings, weekends, and holidays, giving you the potential to significantly increase your earnings with time-and-a-half overtime pay!

Additional overtime may be required based on election-cycle needs.

• Answer inbound calls and assist voters professionally
• Provide accurate election-related information
• Research voter records
• Enter and update information in computer systems
• Document caller interactions
  
  Support an important public service operation

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Intermediate computer and data-entry skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Availability to work continuously through November 9, 2026
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to the Fort Lauderdale worksite
