• Welcome Guests: Greet every guest with a warm smile and help them feel excited about their visit.
• Provide Information: Answer questions about our activities, packages, and safety guidelines.
• Manage Check-Ins: Assist guests with booking confirmations, waivers, and payments.
• Ensure Safety: Communicate safety protocols and ensure all guests are prepared for their activities.
• Support Operations: Help maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Deliver Memorable Experiences: Go above and beyond to make sure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe some splattered paint!).

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
