Customer Support Specialist — Afternoon Shift

Exotic Car Trader is hiring an Automotive Customer Support Specialist for our afternoon shift at our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a phone-heavy role. You'll be fielding a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers interested in buying exotic, classic, and luxury vehicles. We are actively hiring for this role and reviewing applicants as they come in.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling in about vehicles on our platform. Your job is to answer their questions, walk them through our purchasing process, and connect them with the right people on our team. You're working with Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, and more — from our Downtown Fort Lauderdale office.

The afternoon shift extends our coverage for West Coast customers and after-hours inquiries. This is a phone-first position. You need to be comfortable handling back-to-back calls, staying sharp, and delivering a great experience on every one.

• Field a high volume of inbound calls from buyers
• Walk customers through Exotic Car Trader's purchasing process
• Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, and how our platform works
• Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team member
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who've shown interest
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to keep the customer experience seamless

• Comfortable with high call volume; this is the core of the job
• Quick learner who can speak knowledgeably about our process and vehicles
• Organized — you'll be handling multiple conversations and follow-ups throughout the day
• Reliable and consistent. Show up, stay focused, and hit your daily targets
• Ability to work on-site in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday

• Prior call center, BDC, or customer-facing phone experience
• Automotive industry background
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Interest in or knowledge of exotic and luxury vehicles

• Hourly pay with opportunity for overtime: $50,000–$60,000
• Full-time, in-person — Downtown Fort Lauderdale
• Afternoon shift:
  Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
