Our client, the automotive industry, is seeking a Customer Service to join their team. As a Customer Service, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting luxury automotive clients and their customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization. French & English languages required for this role.

Location:

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: Varies, 8 hours. Shift differentials available from 6:00pm-6:00am

What's the Job?

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance related to luxury vehicle programs and services.
• Handle urgent and time-sensitive situations, including vehicle theft reports, accident assistance, roadside breakdown support, and law enforcement inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details within company systems.
• Navigate multiple client programs while adhering to brand-specific processes and requirements.
• Research and analyze information to determine appropriate next steps and resolutions, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely support.

What's Needed?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• +1 year of experience in call center, customer service, dispatcher or any customer orientated environment
• Its a plus if you are enthusiastic about cars
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective during high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to changing business needs.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test
