Client Intake Specialist

The Client Intake Specialist at Maimone Legal serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing exceptional client care and guiding them through initial consultations. This role is vital in establishing trust and understanding client needs, ultimately contributing to the firm’s success in delivering personalized legal services.

• Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries via phone and video, ensuring a positive first impression
• Listen actively to clients’ goals, circumstances, and timelines to gather essential information for legal teams
• Clearly explain the firm’s services, processes, and next steps to prospective clients
• Follow up consistently with clients to facilitate decision-making and case progression
• Maintain accurate, detailed notes and manage client information within the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with legal and intake teams to ensure smooth case handoffs
• Address client questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and patience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing role such as legal intake, customer service, or consultative sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident on phone and video calls
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday through Friday
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism in client interactions

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or additional languages
• Experience working in a law firm or legal intake environment
• Familiarity with immigration services and legal processes
