Duct Masters is hiring a full-time BDR
- Customer Service Rep to join our Weston, FL office and help us continue to show up for our customers. You'll schedule appointments, coordinate with the field service team, and follow up with leads to convert them into loyal clients! BDR - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP COMPENSATION Pay: $14.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience) plus incentives for sold jobs and performance bonuses

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Benefits:

- Customer Service Rep, you will:

Maintain a positive, professional, and polite attitude throughout the day Answer incoming phone calls and accurately record details for residential and commercial HVAC jobs

Make outbound calls to follow up on missed calls and online leads

Explain the benefits of choosing us and book service appointments in Service Titan (with training provided)
Provide real-time support to dispatchers and HVAC technicians

Participate in an after-hours and weekend rotation to meet business needs

Manage additional responsibilities as the position and our company grow
