BDR - Customer Service Rep

Duct Masters is hiring a full-time BDR
- Customer Service Rep to join our Weston, FL office and help us continue to show up for our customers. You'll schedule appointments, coordinate with the field service team, and follow up with leads to convert them into loyal clients! Pay: $14.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience) plus incentives for sold jobs and performance bonuses

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Our ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, but it's not a requirement! The minimum qualifications are:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, sales development, call center, or another customer-facing role
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Flexibility to work an after-hours and weekend shift rotation (we will provide advance notice)
• Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance/attitude

• Maintain a positive, professional, and polite attitude throughout the day
• Answer incoming phone calls and accurately record details for residential and commercial HVAC jobs
• Make outbound calls to follow up on missed calls and online leads
• Explain the benefits of choosing us and book service appointments in Service Titan (with training provided)
• Provide real-time support to dispatchers and HVAC technicians
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend rotation to meet business needs
• Manage additional responsibilities as the position and our company grow
