Allied Services Group (ASG) is growing and we are looking for Customer Service/Verification Representatives to join our dynamic team. Allied Services Group provides customer support services to a rapidly growing technology-driven insurance sales organization.

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and requests.
• Provide professional and efficient customer service.
• Verify customer information and confirm plan selections.
• Read and document required medical and eligibility-related questions.
• Schedule and process premium payments.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and enrollment systems.
• Facilitate health insurance policy enrollments.
• Follow company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain an 85% or higher score on quality and compliance evaluations.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn health insurance terminology and processes
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred

Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are looking for someone that can commute to our Office for scheduled shifts.

Please note:

** During OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD (November to January) there may be extended hours and possible weekend shifts.

Our Customer Service Representative Position position starts at $17.25/hr/weekly. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement during and past your 3 month probationary period.
