Position Summary: Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing local company in Fort Lauderdale to find an articulate, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative
. In this role, you will act as the primary voice of the company, delivering exceptional support, managing inquiries, and bridging communication for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.

• Provide clear, detailed information regarding company products, services, order statuses, and scheduling.

• Fully bilingual communication (English/Spanish) daily to assist diverse local clientele and vendors.

• Resolve customer service issues, troubleshoot concerns, and process order adjustments or service requests accurately in the system.

• Maintain organized digital records of customer interactions, account updates, and follow-up tasks.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Fluency: Professional written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing administrative role.

• Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Strong computer literacy, including multi-line phone systems and CRM or MS Office software.

• Upbeat, patient demeanor with a strong dedication to client satisfaction.
