This full-time, on-site role is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Project Architect/Manager will lead and oversee architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring design excellence and compliance with client requirements and regulations. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating submittals, supervising Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as LEED, and working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.
The role also involves project management duties, including managing schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders, while mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Experience in Submittals and compliance with documentation standards.
- Strong Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, with licensure preferred.
- Familiarity with local building code regulations and experience in South Florida architecture is a plus.
