Our client, a boutique luxury residential design firm specializing in high-end custom homes, is seeking an Interior Designer to oversee multiple interior design projects from concept through installation. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage luxury residential design projects through all phases, from planning and documentation to installation
  • Partner with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource planning
  • Prepare project documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and project records
  • Coordinate furniture procurement, order management, delivery schedules, and installation logistics
  • Conduct site visits to verify field conditions, monitor project progress, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Oversee project installations and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout execution
  • Support proposal development, client presentations, and project coordination meetings
  • Maintain organized project documentation and assist with administrative project management tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience managing high-end residential interior design projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment
