The Senior Project Manager – Commercial Interior Design is a full-time, on-site role based in Pompano Beach, FL. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial interior design projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, leading cross-disciplinary teams, coordinating with vendors and consultants, and tracking milestones and deliverables.

The Senior Project Manager will facilitate design reviews, monitor quality standards, support expediting and logistics for project materials, and proactively resolve issues that may impact scope, cost, or schedule. This role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing status reports, and supporting business objectives through efficient project execution.

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading complex commercial interior design projects.
• Experience in coordinating Expeditor activities and managing Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Background in commercial interior design, architecture, or related field, with portfolio examples of built projects in retail, hospitality, mixed-use, or similar sectors.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools; familiarity with design and documentation platforms (e.g., "CAD/BIM") is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with demonstrated experience in budget oversight and resource planning.
