Family Physician – Lake Mary / Sanford Area

With a commitment to changing the way healthcare is delivered in the United States, a passion for health and wellness, and a dedication to excellence, our innovative, growing, multi‑state company, WeCare tlc, has an opportunity for a skilled Family Physician for our Health Center in Lake Mary/Sanford area.

• Our health clinic does not bill insurance allowing for more time with patients!
• Compensation is well above national average.
• Physicians can focus on care for patients!

The highly qualified individual we seek will be responsible for providing primary care to eligible employees and their dependents. This individual will also serve as a collaborator for our Nurse Practitioners.

• Comprehensive primary care services, including but not limited to:
• Key Care Management Services.
• Wellness/Prevention Services.
• Occupational & Worker’s Compensation Services.
• Risk Identification and Targeted Employee Outreach.
• Pediatric Services.
  • 2 Years & Older:
    Fever, Cough, Earache, Minor Illness.
  • 10 Years & Older:
    Routine Primary Care, School Physicals.

The physician may also have other clinical duties that advance WeCare tlc’s mission and contribute to our organizational development.

• Current knowledge of clinical practices required.
• Must have good judgment, excellent follow‑up skills, a sense of urgency.
• Must be a graduate from an accredited medical school.
• Have all required Licenses in good standing (DEA, FL state).
• Experience in family medicine, preventive medicine, and/or occupational medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility.
• DOT Certification.

WeCare tlc will provide professional liability insurance.
